Weight Loss Monitor #Whatever, and Stuff
Hey all. How's it going? Hope all's well. Well, I'm on the tail-end of my diet, three more days or so to go and I'm done! Right now I'm in the part of the plan where the food has started returning to my plate and is piling up. Which is terrific, of course, heheh. But it sure is getting tedious to cook! Here's a comparison: in May, when I was about three weeks into the diet, this was the size of the meat (plus a little bit of salad, not seen on the plate):
And today, I made a chicken salad + pork chop sandwich (because we're meant to mix proteins and all that):
Gasp. Can't... breathe... too... full...Weight has been fluctuating around the 73kg mark, which is terrific as my target weight was 74kg. A couple of days ago it was as low as 72.7kg, which might not sound like much (I mean, 300g? Wtf?) but believe me, it feels triumphant regardless, arf arf. Either way, once this is over, I'm gonna par-taaay! In moderation. Heh.
What else has been happening? Made phone calls to Perth due to stuff going on. Interviewed Terry for an article for the website. Here's a pic I took of him while he was on the phone trying to find out a bit more info for the interview. Goofy grin and all:
