Perth 2009: Day Three - The Anastases!

Heyhey everybody! Day three of my Perth holiday! Today was a slightly quieter day as Judi and Justin went to work, so I spent most of the late morning and afternoon just chilling about the house and relaxing, doing quite a bit of reading and telly-watching, learning how to make the salted chicken paprika yummy dish that Judi taught me, heh!

Then in the evening, I was picked up by none other than my dear old friend Alex Anastas (heeeey Alexxx!!). We headed straight to Alex's house, where I got to meet up with lovely Mel (heeey Mel!!) and their awesome kids, Riley and Theo (heeey, Rileeeey! Heeeey, Theeeo!!). Boy those kids have grown! (ummm... over the past... three... years...) :P

So we had dinner and Alex fried up the steak that I'd brought over since I'm on the eating programme and am determined to stick to it during this vacation! And then we basically chilled out in their lounge, catching up over teas and coffees and tv shows on the telly screen, until Mel took me back home to Judi and Justin's. Arf, not terribly eventful, but it was lovely all the same, and it's really part of the point of this trip, y'know! ;))
