The Eating Plan Monitor #1

Taking a short break from the holiday blogging: I've decided to keep track of my weight loss on this blog too. So on May 8 I started out at about 105kg (I say about because my weighing scale wasn't too accurate). Let's lock it in at 105kg. Three weeks later, on May 29, I'm (according to Judi's more-accurate digital weighing scale!) down to 97.5kg. That's a 7.5kg loss in 21 days. WHOOHOO. Goal weight: 75kg. 22.5 kilos to go! Wish me luck peoples!!
